14 – 1.00pm – Compost Collective – composting course
24 – 9.00am – Year 5/6 Cluster Athletics tournament
26 – Year 5/6 RAIN save day Athletics Cluster tournament
27 – 9.00am – Whole School Assembly
30 – Start of Skillz for life swimming runs until 3rd December

DECEMBER
4 – 1.00pm – Final Assembly
8 – 1.00pm – End of Year Prizegiving
9 – Year 6 Graduation Lunch – 12.00pm
11 – Reports to go out to parents
14 – End of Term 4 – (finish at 12.00pm)

SCHOOL NOTICES

Our School Athletics day will be held this coming Monday 16th November

A timetable of the days events has been posted below – please note that times are approximate and on the day we may run behind, or ahead of schedule slightly.
We love Parent support, so we hope to see you on the sideline to support your child and their peers in their events.

Please note that on the day
  • PTA will run a Sausages sizzle $1.50, Packets of chips $0.50, Drinks $1.00 – $2.00 and Ice blocks for sale $1.00

  • The Peer Mediators will run a cupcake sale

  • The Harcourts coffee truck will be here on the day for parents to purchase while they are watching their children, from 10 – 2.00pm

You are able to send your child along with no more than $8.00 for the day.  Please note that stock may run out, so please ensure they have a substantial lunch and drink for the day

PTA

Raffle Tickets for a lovely hamper will be on sale at the Production tonight, Dad’s Day on Friday 13th and Athletics Day on Monday 16th. Tickets $2 each or 3 for $5. Cash only. Raffle will be drawn at the end of Athletics Day.

Food Stalls – Dad’s Day Friday 13th and Athletics Day Monday 16thSausage Sizzle, ice blocks, drinks and other treats. Cash only. Kids remember to bring your coins. Thanks to all those who have volunteered to help – we look forward to seeing you at the stall. On Dad’s Day BBQ will start at 11.30am for 12.30pm service. On Athletics Day BBQ/food stall will start at 10.30am and run through until approximately 2pm.

Ag Day Debrief / PTA Meeting – Friday 20th November – 3.15pm – venue to be confirmed.

Watch out for the date for the Christmas Disco. Looking forward to a great night!

 

Swimming Lessons
Skiiz4life will be back in November/December offering their fantastic lessons at Dairy Flat School. We have run this programme in school for a few years and we highly recommend it.
Please see flyers below on how to sign up and pay.
Please do not forget to put your child’s name and LZ/ Class number when signing up!
